SMS Terms of Service for Training Space

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the SMS/text message service operated by Training Space ("we," "us," or "our") and apply when you provide your mobile phone number to receive text messages from us.
1. Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Training Space, you consent to receive recurring messages regarding partnership opportunities, scheduling updates, service offerings, account notifications, and promotional content. Message frequency varies.
2. Opt-In
You may opt in to SMS communications by:
Submitting your phone number through a form on our website (www.training-spaces.com) and checking the consent box
Texting a keyword (such as "START") to our designated short code or number when made available
3. Charges and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are based on your mobile service provider plan. Training Space is not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt-Out and Support
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also request help by replying HELP.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
