Most “transformation challenges” obsess over pounds and perfection. We don’t. Everyone Can Evolve was built to make progress inclusive, fair, and visible—for newbies, busy parents, and veteran lifters alike. Perfection is overrated; progress is the point.
So we designed the EVOLVE Score: a you-vs-you, data-based system that rewards fat going down and muscle going up, adjusted to where you start. We use gold-standard body comp testing at the beginning and end—no opinions, no judges, just numbers. Beginners can win. Pros can win. Anyone who shows up and improves can win.
And we don’t leave you guessing. You’ll get simple structure, weekly coaching, clear habits, and real accountability—the stuff that actually moves the needle. Bring your effort; we’ll bring the plan. Then we’ll show you the proof.

We use your start and finish body-comp tests to calculate an EVOLVE Score:

Up to 40 pts for lean muscle up/retained
Highest total wins the $2,000 Grand Prize. No judging, just numbers.

No. We score body-fat %, not just scale weight. Leaner athletes can win by tightening up and gaining/keeping muscle.

Yes. The scoring adjusts to your starting point, so small changes at low body-fat still count, and lean-mass matters.
