Hey there,
I am a business owner, single father of 3 beautiful children—Growing up I always had goals for my fitness, but it wasn't until I really accepted mentorship and allowed myself to become empowered that I began to see true lasting results. This happened with bodybuilding, powerlifting, calisthenics, and more. It is so important to let someone teach and guide you in efforts of the physical body. Many of us need to watch AND listen.
